Our journey began at 2 am on a seemingly ordinary weekday night. I was abruptly awakened by a hot flash and found myself unable to drift back to sleep. As I lay there, my mind raced with worries beyond my control, I found myself falling down the rabbit hole of late-night research in search of relief. This wasn’t a one-time occurrence; it was becoming a regular part of my nights.

It was during one of these sleepless nights that I had an epiphany. Wouldn’t it be incredible to have a single, accessible place where all this valuable information could be found? A resource that could save others from endless midnight searches and provide real solutions. That’s when the idea for Serenity in The Change was born.
